The Solution

I used NotebookLM to analyze the full course transcript against the learning objectives. I prompted the AI to identify which content could be streamlined or removed while ensuring objective coverage. The AI suggested specific sentence-level cuts that I implemented, then had the SME review and approve all changes.

The tool accepts full course text and generates multiple quiz questions that emphasize putting knowledge into practice rather than simple recall. It creates realistic distractors (wrong answers) and exports questions in Storyline-ready format.
